The Apartment is four years old and has been built and designed by local architect and builder to incorporate spectacular views from every room. The apartment block has only five apartments, thus making a quiet and select apartment block. Extensive use of glass gives the apartment a contemporary feel whilst the use of local tile, stone and marble compliment the environment.

The apartment is well positioned a seven minute walk down the hill to Kalkan village, and therefore the position of the apartment benefits from far reaching vistas from this elevated position.

The Apartment pool area is approached through iron gates, and the fully tiled pool incorporates two sets of steps and a sloping bottom for the enjoyment of swimmers and non-swimmers alike.  The covered pergola supported on ornamental pillars provides copious amounts of shade in the heat of the day.   The poolside is furnished with quality sun beds, whilst beneath the pergola a soft seating area offers civilised evening comfort.  An external shower facility and evening floodlighting complete the poolside picture.

On opening the front door to the apartment, enter into the hallway a WC will be found on the left hand side then on through to the lounge which includes TV, DVD and CD for your entertainment and comfortable lounge seating.

The Kitchen has black granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge\freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and all saucepans and utensils etc. are available for your use.  The kitchen incorporates the open plan dining area with seating for six affording spectacular views through the large patio doors onto the balcony.  An almost uninterrupted wall of glass in the spacious open-plan lounge focuses the visitors attention to the breath-taking views across the bay and coastline.

From the hallway access is gained up the stairs to the first floor, two double bedrooms two and three have fully fitted wardrobes, drawer units air-conditioning\heating and double beds both with en-suites and patio doors leading onto balconies with views over Kalkan.

Up one further set of stairs is bedroom one with en-suite, wardrobes, drawer units, air-conditioning\heating, double bed and patio doors onto the terrace with far reaching views over Kalkan.  The terrace is furnished with quality cane soft furniture for you to relax and take in the ambiance.
